You should receive an email from vote.org with your absentee ballot application. Complete the form and sign it!
In most states, you don't have to provide a reason why you want to vote by mail. For all other states, being out of town on election day is a valid reason. You can check out a complete list of states and acceptible reasons here.
You need to mail this application to your county's board of elections. Mail your application to address provided in the email you got from vote.org.
